MERN Stack Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can independently manage projects from frontend to backend. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across all layers of modern web development, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to guide and manage development teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete project execution, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work proficiently on both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB) development.
• Communicate directly with international clients for requirement gathering, updates, and technical discussions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs, manage server configurations, and ensure data security.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop reusable components and maintain clean, scalable code across the application stack.
• Participate in architectural planning for new features and enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure that all development processes follow Agile methodologies and project standards.
• Maintain documentation related to APIs, system flows, and deployment processes.

Required Skill Set:

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in frontend development using React.js, Redux or Context API, and modern UI frameworks.
• Proficiency in backend development with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, authentication methods such as JWT or OAuth, and database architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Postman, and cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
• Additional experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Docker is a strong advantage.

Domain Expertise:

• Experience handling end-to-end MERN stack projects independently.
• Capability to design scalable and maintainable full-stack architectures.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-handling abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
• Proven experience in managing teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of owning complete project delivery.

Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Work Experience: Proven hands-on experience in MERN stack development with exposure to client communication and project leadership.
Bonus skills in TypeScript, GraphQL, or containerization tools are preferred.
